NPIC Part 2: Leveraging Positional Power

Part 1 was about the BIG stuff.  Looking from the bird's eye view and learning about the ways in which the nonprofit industrial complex (NPIC) counters the mission of social change.  At the last sessions, we had just begun to discuss what we can do.  This next conversation will be about locating our own power for change and for interrupting the status quo.  Leadership in the nonprofit sector can and must look different, and we have the ability to act meaningfully.  We can operate in the systems as they exist while we work for the systems that we want.  Lets vision together, empowered, emboldened, and energized to support that social change which creates the world we want to be a part of.  You are welcome to join this session weather you attended part one or not.
